How AllBookEU handles your information

Overview

AllBookEU helps guests discover restaurants, make reservations, manage customer accounts, submit reviews, and receive restaurant updates when they opt in. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and the choices available to you.

AllBookEU does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information We Collect

Guest reservations: name, email address, phone number, reservation date, time, party size, restaurant selected, reservation notes, consent records, and reservation status.

Customer accounts: name, email address, phone number if provided, password hash, account creation date, bookings connected to the account, reviews, and account deletion records needed to preserve operational integrity.

Restaurant owner accounts: owner name, email address, password hash, owner status, restaurant profile details, business contact details, hours, reservation settings, table/floor plan configuration, services/menu items, campaign records, and account deletion or suspension status.

Reviews and reports: reviewer name, rating, review text, report reason, report details, reporter name or email when provided, moderation status, timestamps, and admin moderation records.

Marketing opt-in data: restaurant-specific opt-in status, preferred contact channel, email address or phone number, WhatsApp-normalized phone number where applicable, unsubscribe status, campaign delivery records, and related timestamps.

Uploaded and submitted content: restaurant photos, image URLs, business descriptions, reservation notes, review text, report details, campaign messages, and other free-form content submitted through the service.

Security and diagnostics: server logs, request metadata, rate-limit activity, reset tokens, session security data, provider delivery IDs, error messages, and other technical records needed to operate, secure, debug, and prevent abuse of the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, process reservations, send booking confirmations, notify restaurants, show reservation history, operate restaurant dashboards, publish business listings, process reviews and reports, moderate user-generated content, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support, and maintain security.

When a guest opts in to marketing from a restaurant, we use the opt-in information to help that restaurant send promotions, offers, events, and updates by email or WhatsApp. Guests can unsubscribe from restaurant marketing at any time.

Sharing Information

Reservation details are shared with the restaurant you book so the restaurant can prepare for your visit and manage its operations. Restaurant owners can see reservation, customer, review, and marketing opt-in information for their own restaurant.

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, image hosting, fonts/static asset delivery, security, and related infrastructure. Current provider categories include hosted application/database infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, Cloudinary for restaurant image uploads, and Google Fonts for font delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to AllBookEU.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or restaurants, to investigate abuse, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

App Privacy Disclosure Summary

This section supports App Store privacy disclosures. The exact App Store Connect answers must be kept consistent with AllBookEU's current data practices.

Contact Info: name, email address, and phone number are collected for reservations, accounts, owner operations, support, review reports, and restaurant marketing when a guest opts in.

User Content: reviews, review reports, reservation notes, restaurant profile content, campaign messages, and uploaded restaurant images may be collected and linked to the relevant account, booking, restaurant, or moderation record.

Identifiers: internal account IDs, booking IDs, restaurant IDs, review IDs, reset tokens, session/security records, and provider delivery IDs may be used for app functionality, security, and support.

Usage Data: reservation history, restaurant dashboard activity, marketing opt-in status, campaign delivery status, review/report activity, and moderation activity are used for app functionality, operational reporting, service operation, security, and support.

Diagnostics and Security: technical logs, delivery errors, abuse-prevention records, and rate-limit records may be collected to maintain reliability and security.

Location: AllBookEU does not request precise device location. City or country search values and restaurant addresses may be entered or selected by users and are used for app functionality.

Purchases and Financial Information: AllBookEU does not currently collect in-app payment card data or process in-app purchases.

Tracking: AllBookEU does not use personal information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

Data Storage, Retention, and Security

AllBookEU uses hosted infrastructure providers to store application data. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, and abuse-prevention controls.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain reservation and restaurant operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. When an account is deleted, AllBookEU removes or anonymizes account login details and disables related access while preserving limited historical reservation or business records where needed for operational integrity.

Your Choices

Customer accounts and restaurant owner accounts can be deleted from inside the app. Guests who do not have an account can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@allbookeu.com.

Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option where applicable. You can also contact support to ask about marketing opt-outs, review reports, account deletion, or other privacy choices.

Children

AllBookEU is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

International Processing

AllBookEU serves users and restaurants in Kosovo, Albania, and other regions where the service is accessed. Information may be processed in countries where AllBookEU or its service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy as AllBookEU grows or as legal, App Store, provider, or product requirements change. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice.
