Delete Your Account

Customer accounts and restaurant owner accounts can be deleted from inside the app after signing in. Account deletion removes or anonymizes login details and disables account access. Some reservation, restaurant, review, moderation, or operational records may be retained where needed for service integrity, legal obligations, security, or dispute prevention.

Guests Without Accounts

If you made a reservation without creating an account, contact support@allbookeu.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with your reservation data.

Marketing Opt-Out

Restaurant marketing is only sent to guests who opt in. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option where applicable. You may also contact support to request opt-out help for restaurant marketing records.

Reviews and Reports

You can report a visible review from the restaurant page. AllBookEU admins may review reports, hide reviews, restore reviews, delete reviews, or resolve reports. To request help with a review or report, contact support with the restaurant name and relevant details.
